Pepper’s Jerk Center menu is a lineup of Jamaican favourite dishes, designed to give locals and visitors to our country, a true taste of Jamaican country style cuisine. Our dishes are made from the finest Jamaican homegrown ingredients and our meat is sourced from local farmers who grow their produce in the traditional way.

Pepper’s Jerked Chicken
Pepper’s Jerked Chicken is seasoned with our local dry herbs (onions, scallion, garlic, pimento, thyme), based with vinegar and other seasoning and marinated to give that traditional Jamaican taste. Covered with our unique Pepper’s Jerk Sauce and served with your choice of rice & peas, festival, plantains, ground provisions and local fresh vegetables.
Pepper’s Curried Chicken
Pepper’s Curried Chicken is prepared in the traditional Jamaica way of burning the curry in oil with garlic and allspice (pimento). Local seasoning and dry herbs are added. Served with local ground provisions (banana, yam, Irish potatoes) and dumplings. Also available with Jamaican rice and peas.
Pepper’s Jerked Pork
Pepper’s Jerked Pork is seasoned the Pepper’s jerked way, seasoned with local dry herbs, based with vinegar and other local seasoning, marinated and grilled. Served with the special Pepper’s Jerked sauce and served with your choice of plantains, festival, rice and peas.
Pepper’s Curried Shrimp
Pepper’s Curried Shrimp is sauted in garlic and butter with coconut milk, then seasoned with local spices. Served with your choice of rice and peas, fresh vegetables, potato salad, festival and more.
Pepper’s Escoveiched Fish
Pepper’s escoveiched fish is prepared by cleaning with vinegar then seasoned with black pepper and salt, marinated and fried in vegetable oil. What’s special is our own in-house escoveiched sauce is added to give our own special Jamaican island flavour. Our escoveiched fish is served with your choice of Jamaican rice and peas, plantains, festival, potatoes and more.
Pepper’s Fried Chicken
Pepper’s fried chicken is seasoned with our special seasoning, fried in vegetable oil and served with a choice of rice and peas, potatoes, plantain, festival and fresh vegetables.
Pepper’s Baked Chicken
Pepper’s baked chicken is cooked using ‘open flame’ baking, seasoned with our special in-house sauce, served with your choice of Jamaican rice and peas, plantains, festival, potatoes and more.
